Men's health has its own nutritional priorities — supporting healthy testosterone, prostate function, cardiovascular health and physical performance through the decades. The key areas — and how the actives work

  • Prostate. Saw palmetto is traditionally used because it helps inhibit 5-alpha-reductase, the enzyme that converts testosterone into DHT — and it's DHT that drives age-related prostate enlargement. Zinc (concentrated in the prostate) and lycopene round out the picture.
