Ordering FAQ

I just placed my order. When will it arrive?

All orders are processed within 1-2 buisness days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order we will contact you via email or telephone.

If your order is urgent, express shipping is available on all orders and is free for orders over $150 AUD.

Tracking is available on all orders.

I'm in a rush. Can I get my order sooner?

You bet. We offer express shipping on all orders and it is free for any orders over $150AUD.

for orders under $150AUD, we offer a flat rate express shipping fee of $10.00 for all Australian customers.

International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

You will be provided with a tracking number once you place you order.

What is your returns policy?

Please raise any grievance in writing to within 7 days of recieving your item, and allow us an opportunity to rectify your grievance in the most timely of manner.

Our policy lasts 30 days from purchase, Unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange outside of that time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. For example, perishable goods, food, initimate or sanitary goods cannot be returned.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

What if my product arrives damaged?

Health Freek is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged please contact the shipment carrier to file a complaint.

Custom Duties and Taxes

Health Freek is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

Shipment confirmation & order tracking

You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

How do I purchase Practitioner Products

Practitioner products are available for purchase in the following ways:

1. Upload a script for the product that you would like to purchase. The script must be provided to you by a qualified Health Care Practitioner.

2. Register as a customer and our Naturopath will contact you to organise a consultation. During the consultation, the suitability of the product will be assessed based on your health history and any medications that you may be currently taking.
