Helping the mind relax, L-theanine supports mental focus and clarity. The additional inclusion of magnesium glycinate supports nervous system health, brain function and healthy mood balance. Mag Theanine provides a total dose of 1000mg of glycine and is developed in an excipient conscious tablet, free from stearates and polyethylene glycol (PEG).
