Directions for Use
Adult Dose: Take 1-3 tablets daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner.
Store at 2 to 8°C (Refrigerate. Do not freeze).
Warnings
Large tablet. Swallow with a glass of water.
Stop taking this medication if you experience tingling, burning or numbness and see your healthcare practitioner as soon as possible (contains vitamin B6).
Individuals who are using prescription antidepressants or suffer from bipolar depression should not use this product unless under the supervision of a healthcare practitioner.
If symptoms persist consult your healthcare practitioner.
Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
