Dayly Gut Health Superfruits 153g
Dayly Gut Health — a Monash Low FODMAP Certified daily formula that feeds, repairs and soothes the gut
Dayly Gut Health is a nutritionist-developed daily powder that works on the gut from three angles at once — feeding your good bacteria, supporting the gut lining, and calming everyday digestive upset. It brings together a gentle prebiotic fibre, gut-repair nutrients and soothing botanicals in a single scoop. Made in Australia, Monash Low FODMAP Certified, dairy free and with no added sugar. This is the Superfruits flavour.
Per 6.4 g scoop: Partially Hydrolysed Guar Gum (Sunfiber® PHGG) 1330 mg, L-Glutamine 798 mg, N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine 638 mg, Slippery Elm bark 479 mg, Curcumin C3 Complex® 320 mg, Marshmallow root 240 mg, plus Aronia berry, Cranberry, Lemon Balm, Deglycyrrhizinated Licorice (DGL), Pomegranate peel, Peppermint and Camu Camu (160 mg each), and Piperine 3.2 mg. Sweetened with stevia.
How it works — feed, repair, soothe
The formula makes sense once you see it as three layers. Feed: the base is PHGG, a soluble prebiotic fibre your gut bacteria ferment into short-chain fatty acids that nourish the gut wall. Repair: L-glutamine is the preferred fuel of the cells lining the intestine, N-Acetyl-D-Glucosamine is a building block of the protective mucus layer, and slippery elm and marshmallow are demulcents — mucilage-rich herbs that form a soothing film over the gut lining. Soothe: peppermint helps relax the digestive tract, curcumin and DGL licorice support a calm, healthy gut, and the polyphenol-rich berries (aronia, cranberry, pomegranate, camu camu) add antioxidant support, with lemon balm for the gut–brain connection. Why "Low FODMAP" is the detail that matters
Here's the part that sets this apart. Many fibres and gut powders — inulin and chicory root are the usual culprits — ferment quickly and can actually cause the bloating and gas they're meant to help, especially in sensitive or IBS-prone guts. The fibre here is PHGG (Sunfiber®), which ferments slowly and gently, and the whole formula is Monash Low FODMAP Certified — independently verified as unlikely to trigger those symptoms. If your gut has reacted badly to fibre supplements before, that certification is the single most important thing to look for, and it's the reason this suits people who usually can't tolerate a fibre.
Who it may suit
Anyone wanting daily support for digestion, regularity, the gut lining and a balanced microbiome — and particularly those with sensitive or IBS-prone digestion who need a gut formula that won't set off bloating. For fast, on-the-spot relief of bloating after meals, pair it with Dayly Debloat.
How to take it
Mix 1 scoop with 250 ml of water, fresh juice or a smoothie. For the first 0–14 days, take 1 scoop twice daily, morning and evening, ideally before meals; then 1 scoop daily for maintenance. If you're prone to loose stools, start with half a scoop and build up as tolerated.
