What is Biome Daily?

Biome Daily is a broad-spectrum daily probiotic. Where many everyday probiotics rely on one or two organisms, Biome Daily deliberately combines six Lactobacillus and Bifidobacterium strains to reflect the natural diversity of a healthy gut microbiome.

How a multi-strain probiotic supports gut and immune health

The gut microbiome is a diverse community, and different beneficial species occupy different regions and perform different roles. Bifidobacteria predominate in the healthy large intestine; lactobacilli are principally active in the small intestine. A substantial portion of immune tissue also resides in the gut wall, which is why supporting a balanced microbiome supports immune function as well as digestion.
