Biome Her™ is a practitioner-grade oral probiotic formulated to support and maintain a healthy vaginal microbiome, using strains native to that environment — taken conveniently by mouth.
Per capsule: three strains · 3 billion CFU · practitioner-grade.
What is Biome Her?
Biome Her is a women's intimate-health probiotic. Rather than a topical or pessary product, it supports the vaginal microbiome systemically through a daily oral capsule.
How it works — and why an oral route makes sense
A healthy vaginal microbiome is dominated by Lactobacillus species, which maintain the acidic, protective environment that resists imbalance. The cornerstone strain here, Lactobacillus crispatus LCR01, is typically the dominant, protective species in a healthy vaginal microbiome — which is why it is the lead. It is joined by Lactobacillus fermentum LF10 and Lactobacillus acidophilus LA02. Importantly, vaginal lactobacilli are understood to originate from the gastrointestinal tract and migrate to the vaginal area — which is the evidence-based rationale for supporting the vaginal microbiome via an orally administered probiotic.
Who it may suit
