What is NeurAlert?
A chewable cognitive-support tablet built around enXtra®, a standardised extract of galangal, for sustained alertness and focus without any stimulant.
How it works — alertness without stimulation
Unlike stimulants, which produce alertness by activating the sympathetic nervous system — with the rise in heart rate and the subsequent "crash" — galangal is understood to support alertness through cholinergic activity, in part by moderating the breakdown of acetylcholine, the neurotransmitter central to attention and focus. In clinical research the effect on alertness is measurable within one hour, peaks at around three hours and persists for up to five hours, with no observed effect on heart rate, blood pressure or sleep, no jitteriness, and no rebound on discontinuation.
Use with or without caffeine
NeurAlert may be used on its own as a caffeine alternative, or alongside caffeine, where it has been shown to extend alertness and reduce the subsequent caffeine "crash".

People wanting to support focus, attention and mental stamina — students, shift workers, the mentally fatigued — without caffeine.
How to take it
One to two tablets daily, separated over the day, as needed or as directed by your practitioner.
Precautions
Contains sulfites and isomalt (isomalt may have a laxative effect). Insufficient safety data in pregnancy and lactation.
