Bio-Practica Thyro-HPA Forte N — High-Strength Thyroid & Stress-Axis Support

Thyro-HPA Forte N is a high-strength, practitioner-grade formula that supplies the thyroid with its actual raw materials and cofactors while also supporting the stress (HPA) axis that sits upstream of it. It is formulated to support healthy thyroid function and hormone production, relieve weariness and fatigue, and support a healthy stress response.

Per tablet: L-tyrosine, iodine, selenium, activated B2, zinc, vitamins C, D3 and E, with Withania and Rhodiola · practitioner-grade.

What is Thyro-HPA Forte N?

Thyro-HPA Forte N is a comprehensive thyroid-support formula that addresses thyroid function on two levels at once: it provides the nutritional building blocks and cofactors that thyroid hormone synthesis depends on, and it supports the adrenal/stress axis, recognising how closely stress and thyroid function are linked.

How thyroid hormone is made — and why these nutrients

Thyroid hormone is built from two raw materials: the amino acid tyrosine and iodine. Iodine atoms are attached to tyrosine to form thyroxine (T4), the storage form. To convert T4 into the active form (T3), the body relies on selenium-dependent enzymes (deiodinases). This formula supplies all three — the two building blocks and the activator — which is why it reads as a thyroid blueprint rather than a generic nutrient blend. Chronic stress, via the HPA axis, can suppress this conversion, which is the rationale for including adaptogens alongside the thyroid nutrients.

Inside the formula

  • L-tyrosine 500mg + iodine 150mcg. The two raw materials of thyroid hormone.
  • Selenium 75mcg. The cofactor for converting T4 to active T3, and a key antioxidant for the thyroid gland.
  • Activated vitamin B2 10mg, zinc 5mg. Further cofactors for normal thyroid hormone production.
  • Vitamins C 100mg, D3 200IU, E 43mg. Antioxidant and metabolic support.
  • Withania (equiv. 1.5g) + Rhodiola (equiv. 200mg). Adaptogens, to support a healthy stress response.

Who it may suit
