Apollo Mixed Mushroom Gummies — a ten-mushroom blend in one grape gummy, for immunity, energy and focus

Functional mushrooms have moved from the fringe to the mainstream, and this blend brings ten of the most valued together in a single grape gummy: Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Chaga, Shiitake, Maitake, Royal Sun, Cloud Ear, White Button and Oyster. Rather than choosing one, it gives you a broad spectrum in a daily dose — without brewing a bitter mushroom coffee or swallowing handfuls of capsules.

Per gummy: standardised extracts of Maitake, Lion's Mane, Reishi, Cordyceps, Shiitake, Chaga, White Button, Cloud Ear and Royal Sun (250 mg each), plus Oyster (75 mg). Vegan and macro friendly, natural grape flavour.

How functional mushrooms work — it's about the beta-glucans

Most of what functional mushrooms do traces back to compounds in their cell walls called beta-glucans. These are recognised by receptors on your immune cells, where they help keep the immune response balanced and responsive — the shared thread across every mushroom in this blend. On top of that, each brings its own character: Lion's Mane for focus and clarity, Reishi as a calming adaptogen, Cordyceps for energy and stamina, Chaga for antioxidant support, and Shiitake and Maitake for everyday immune support. See Immunity and Brain Health.

What actually matters — fruiting body vs mycelium

Here is the thing the mushroom aisle rarely explains, and it's the single biggest quality divide. Beta-glucans are concentrated in the mushroom itself — the fruiting body, the part you'd recognise as a mushroom. Many cheaper supplements instead use mycelium (the root-like network) grown on grain, then dried and milled with the grain still attached. The problem is that this grain is mostly starch, which is an alpha-glucan, not the beta-glucan you're after — and independent analyses have found fruiting-body extracts can carry several times more beta-glucan than mycelium-on-grain products. So the number worth reading isn't "total polysaccharides" (which can quietly include that starch); it's the beta-glucan content, ideally from a fruiting-body extract. These gummies use standardised mushroom extracts rather than raw milled powder, which is what makes a ten-mushroom blend like this worth taking.

Why a gummy

Mushroom extracts are earthy and bitter, and taking several of them usually means capsules or powders. A grape gummy delivers the whole blend in one pleasant chew — an easy way to take mushrooms daily.

Who it may suit

Anyone wanting broad daily support for immunity, energy, focus and resilience, and those curious about functional mushrooms who'd rather not manage several separate products.

  • Immune function, through mushroom beta-glucans
