Collagen

Collagen is the most abundant protein in the body — the structural scaffold of skin, joints, bones, tendons and the gut lining. From our mid-twenties, the body's own collagen production gradually declines, which shows up over time as less firm skin, less resilient joints and slower tissue repair. Supplemental collagen provides the specific amino acids and peptides the body uses to rebuild these tissues.
