What is EnteroMEND?
EnteroMEND is a gut-lining and barrier-support formula. It is designed around the single-cell epithelial layer that lines the gut — the barrier that decides what enters the body and what stays out — and the nutrients that layer requires to renew itself.
How it works — feeding the gut barrier
The cells lining the gut (enterocytes) turn over every few days and are unusual in their fuel: their preferred energy source is the amino acid glutamine (3g here), not glucose. An adequate glutamine supply therefore directly supports the renewal and integrity of the gut lining. Around it, Sunfiber® partially hydrolysed guar gum (5g) is a gentle, low-FODMAP prebiotic fermented to short-chain fatty acids that nourish the colon; marine collagen (2.5g) supplies the building blocks of the connective tissue beneath the lining; aloe vera soothes irritated mucosa; and zinc (14mg) supports the tight junctions between gut cells and tissue repair.

How to take it
