Biome Daily Kids is a daily multi-strain probiotic formulated specifically for children, to support everyday digestive and immune health in a powder that mixes easily into food or drink.

How it works — and why it's built for children

A child's microbiome differs from an adult's: it is naturally rich in bifidobacteria, the friendly bacteria that dominate the young gut (and which a breastfed infant's gut is seeded with). This formula reflects that, combining bifidobacteria with well-studied lactobacilli to support the diversity of a healthy developing gut. Because a large part of the immune system resides in the gut wall, supporting the childhood microbiome supports immune resilience as well as digestion.

Inside the formula — 10 billion live bacteria, five strains

• Lactobacillus plantarum 6595 — 3 billion CFU and Lacticaseibacillus rhamnosus GG — 2 billion, robust strains that survive a child's gut transit.
• Bifidobacterium animalis ssp. lactis BS01 — 2 billion and Bifidobacterium breve BR03 — 2 billion, the bifidobacteria especially important in childhood.
• Lactobacillus casei LC03 — 1 billion, rounding out the diversity.
