What is MyO-Sense?
MyO-Sense is a flavourless, herb-free powder built around myo-inositol at a clinically meaningful 4g daily dose. Being herb-free, it combines cleanly with other protocols.
How myo-inositol works
Myo-inositol is a naturally occurring compound that functions as a second messenger — part of the internal signalling that cells use to respond to hormones, in particular insulin and follicle-stimulating hormone (FSH). Through the insulin pathway it supports healthy insulin sensitivity and glucose handling; through the FSH pathway it is studied for its role in oocyte (egg) quality and ovulatory function. This dual action on the glucose and reproductive systems is why myo-inositol is widely used in the nutritional management of conditions where the two overlap.
