Directions for Use

Adult dose: Take 1-3 capsules daily or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. 
Pregnancy: Take 1 capsule daily, or as recommended by your registered healthcare practitioner. 

Store below 25°C in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate after opening.
